We supported Pitec AG with custom web applications and system integrations to simplify their daily processes.

  • Developed an inventory PWA app with features for digital inventorization for their stock management.
  • Several supplier interfaces that allow automated processing directly into their ERP system for automated data synchronization.
  • CRM workflows and webhooks that simplify internal document handling and speed up the process.

Expense App (DE/FR)

Mobile and web-based expense capture for office and field staff with clear approval flow through payroll payout.

  • Capture receipts quickly and edit them anytime until submission.
  • At month end, employees submit expenses directly; after approval, HR handles payout with salary.
  • Bilingual in German and French for day-to-day use across Switzerland.
  • Daily allowances can be entered quickly via calendar view and simple tap gestures.

How Pitec AG describes our work

With the new inventory PWA developed by Amberg Solutions, we were able to digitize the entire stocktaking process in our warehouses and technician buses. What used to take one to one and a half days on paper for a single technician bus can now be completed in half a day at most. This means our technicians are back in the field much faster, which directly increases our revenue and efficiency.

Bexio <-> Shopware 6 Integration

Automatic synchronization of Shopware 6 orders to Bexio, including order and invoice logic.

  • Automatically creates Bexio orders including item and customer import from Shopware.
  • For prepaid orders, an invoice is created immediately.
  • Very simple setup with only a few default values.
  • Automatically detects currency, net/gross mode, payment method, payment status, and shipping costs in most cases.
